So the next question to you is what do you do when God answers the prayer request that you made known to Him? Do you put action behind it, or do you tuck it away? It's always interesting to talk with people who have pleaded with God to help them to fix a problem, to reveal to them His plan for their life in a particular situation, or perhaps help them to connect or reconnect with a particular person. To their amazement God answered and showed them how to fix the problem, He revealed some of His plan for their life, and He showed them how to connect or reconnect with a particular person but they never acted on what God showed them to do.
Oftentimes people are afraid to put action behind what God is showing them to do. They get afraid, and they let self doubt stifle them. If you are someone who has asked God to help you with something, and He showed you what to do and you aren't doing it, you are essentially blocking your own blessing. If you want this change to happen after God has showed you what to do, you will put action behind it. What you should NOT be doing is allowing fear to overtake you, OR going back to God and asking Him to show you some new and extra sign to confirm the very thing you asked Him about the first time which He has already answered.
God will never agree with you when you are doing something that hurts you. God loves you too much to see you be the one who blocks your own blessing. God wants you to put action behind fixing the problem. God wants you to put action behind moving forward when He reveals His plan for a particular situation in your life. God wants you to put action behind connecting or reconnecting with that particular person. Don't be the one who wants things in their life to change, but you are not willing to put action behind it. People make time for what and who are important to them in their life. Be a person of action, and DO NOT be a person who is always talking about what needs to be done or who thinks their good intentions are good enough. So make your prayer requests known to God and when He answers, do your part.
